The Custom Plan - a custom built & personalized ceremony
The perfect choice for a traditional or religious ceremony for weddings or vow renewals. A ceremony is prepared from the choices made by the couple for a completely customized ceremony from start to finish.  The bridal couple is provided a package of ceremony options to create their ceremony.  Each portion of the ceremony has multiple options to choose from and a convenient worksheet is provided to assist in simplifying the process.  The completed worksheet is sent back to us so we may create the ceremony from your preferences.  A draft of the selections is sent to the couple for approval or alterations, along with an idea of how long the ceremony time frame might be. There is an 80+ page booklet of options included to assist the bridal couples with the process of building their ceremony.   You may add the option of a Sand Ceremony, and also include children to represent family unity or blending of the family. The option of  Shell Blessings is the perfect addition for everyone in your wedding party to be involved with at the end of your ceremony.  Both options are unique ways to personalize your event even more, and create beautiful memories for everyone present. You may also request a male or female for your choice of officiant, subject to availability.

  • A beach vendor permit and special insurance is required by these counties for all events.  An additional "Location Permit" is required for all events in Walton County that take place on beach public access points.  On February 17th, the BCC passed Resolution 2017-6 which set the fees for special events.  The fees listed below will be charged per event. 
    $50.00 for less than 10 people
    $150.00 for 10 to 30 people
    $250.00 for 31 to 50 people
    $500.00 for 51 to 75 people $1,000.00 for 76+ people
    Location Permits are not required for Walton County events that are taking place at rented homes, condos, or resorts.  Permission is required from management, owners, or agents and is solely the responsibility of the bridal couple to obtain. 
    A Location Permit is not required for events in Okaloosa County (Ft. Walton/ Okaloosa Island/Destin) for groups of less than 50 people. 
    A Location Permit is not required for events in Bay County (Panama City Beach area) for groups of less than 50 people.

Please arrive early or on time. Due to time constraints and scheduling, wedding ceremonies should start as close to the agreed upon time as possible, and no more than 15 minutes past that time. Ceremonies starting more than 15 minutes late will be assessed $25.00 for each 15 minutes.  Late starts can cause problems for other weddings that are scheduled.

All photos are shot in JPEG - Fine format and delivered unedited by email within 24- 48 hours for weekday events and 72-96 hours for weekend events. The delivery time is longer during the peak season between May and October and can take up to 4 weeks. Please advise guests and family members to stay in one location and not move around the ceremony area to take pictures - this is the photographers job. There is an additional fee if edits are preferred.  Edits can include removal of people from the waves or beach, wet spots off of the grooms shirt, exposed bra straps, beads of sweat from faces, lighten or darken as needed, leveling the water line etc. Edits can take 4-7 weeks, depending on the photo package size and photographers schedule during wedding season. Ask about the details and rates for edits.


No travel fees between Panama City Beach and Okaloosa Island / Ft. Walton Beach
Travel fees apply outside Panama City Beach - Ft. Walton Beach range  $35 & up depending on location
Entrance Fees will be billed if the event takes place at a State Park.
