License Information A Florida issued Marriage License must be obtained by the bridal couple for the Notary or Minister to perform a wedding ceremony within the State of Florida. Licenses can be obtained at any courthouse within the State. We are unable to validate a marriage license from another state.
Please check the expiration date on the ID you plan to use before traveling to Florida to apply for the license. You can be married anywhere in the state and within 2 miles of the coastline in the Gulf of Mexico. Your marriage by any of our Panama City Beach Officiants is legal worldwide. |
Coming in on a weekend?
Are you unable to get a license as a result? We can make the out-of-state arrangements for a marriage license on your behalf. Additional fees will apply. Info is at Florida License Services |
