Florida legalized LGBT weddings on January 6th, 2015!

Florida Nuptials has a staff of Destin Officiants and Panama City Beach Officiants to provide services for unique and personalized ceremonies on the beach, or at the location of your choosing within the greater Emerald coast region of the West Florida panhandle.

Our same sex ceremonies are important events in the lives of partners and families. It also can be the most alternative event imaginable, a big party to celebrate your love with all your friends and relatives in attendance, a ritual to bless your relationship with an intimate exchange between you and your partner, or to strengthen the bonds between parents and children in a new married step family. Others want an opportunity to celebrate their love with their family and friends, or make vows to each other in a private ritual. Florida Nuptials has been performing commitment ceremonies since our company was formed. A commitment ceremony is an event that does not involve laws or government agencies in any way. Some want to be married "in the eyes of God" but have reasons why a legal marriage is not a good option for them or it is not legal in the state. As of January 6th, 2015, we may now legally state at the end of the ceremony "...by the power vested in me by the State of Florida...."
