Panama City Beach Wedding Package

The Platinum Package $1200 and up +tax (requires 25% non refundable deposit on all services)
A $75 additional fee will be added for events in Okaloosa and Walton counties. A beach vendor permit and special insurance is required by these counties for all events. An additional "Location Permit" is required for all events in Walton County that take place on beach public access points. On February 17th, the BCC passed Resolution 2017-6 which set the fees for special events. The fees listed below will be charged per event.
$50.00 for less than 10 people
$150.00 for 10 to 30 people
$250.00 for 31 to 50 people
$500.00 for 51 to 75 people $1,000.00 for 76+ people
Location Permits are not required for Walton County events that are taking place at rented homes, condos, or resorts. Permission is required from management, owners, or agents and is solely the responsibility of the bridal couple to obtain.
A Location Permit is not required for events in Okaloosa County (Ft. Walton/ Okaloosa Island/Destin) for groups of less than 50 people.
A Location Permit is not required for events in Bay County (Panama City Beach area) for groups of less than 50 people.

$10 for 1 Chair - white with padded seat, 10 for $100, etc. - includes delivery, set up, break down, and removal. Please confirm that the beach access does not have a lot of stairs. We need a boardwalk with a straight walk to the beach or small step rises (3 steps maximum) to be able to get chairs to and from the beach. We will also set up the ceremony site near the end of the boardwalk in as straight a path to the shore as possible. We will not haul them a hundred or more feet in one direction or another down the shore line. Otherwise, we will not rent the chairs set up, and they can be rented as delivered to the site for the clients to set up at the location of their choosing. We reserve the right to refuse set up if the terms outlined are not met. A refund will be issued for the difference between “set up” and “delivered only” after the event.

$5 for 1 Chair -white with padded seat, 10 for $50, etc. -delivered (only) to parking lot of site. Client is to return chairs back to delivery site after the ceremony. Florida Nuptials is not responsible for any injuries or medical issues that may occur with client or parties associated with the clients that move the chairs from or return to the delivery point.

Photography details
Includes delivery of photos w/ rights to reprint from Emerald Coast Photos
All photos are shot in JPEG - Fine format and delivered unedited by email within 24- 48 hours for weekday events and 72-96 hours for weekend events. Delivery has a longer wait time during the wedding season between April through November, and can take up to 4 weeks during the peak of the season. Please advise your guests and family members to stay in one location and not move around the ceremony area to take pictures - this is the photographers job. There will be additional fees if edits are preferred. Edits can include removal of people from the waves or beach, wet spots off of the grooms shirt, exposed bra straps, beads of sweat from faces, lighten or darken as needed, leveling the water line etc. Edits can take 4-7 weeks, depending on the photo package size and photographers schedule during wedding season. Ask about the edit details and rates.
